ergonomic adaptation of work or home environment.
Demonstrate awareness of neck, pelvic position and movements - kinesthesia training cervical & scapular motions, pelvic tilts, natural spine..
Demonstrating safe postures - Practice positions and movements and experience effects on spine.
Initiating neuro muscular control of stabilizing muscles - Basic stabilization arm and leg motions.
Safely perform basic ADL & progress to IADLS - roll, sit, stand and walk with safe postures.
Progress awareness and control of spinal alignment - practice achieve spinal control in pain free positions and with all exercises and activities, practice posture correction.
Learn safe body mechanics - functional exercises to prepare for safe mechanics, practice stable spine lifts, push / pull activities.
